Upon arrival, all incoming freight is labeled with a bar code control tag, which
notates the corresponding entry number, as well as the following vital information:
- Warehouse location
of freight
- Shipper (vendor)
- Description of
material
- Number of packages
The bar code control
tags are affixed to the actual freight (i.e. boxes, cartons, pallets, etc.),
as well as to all supporting documentation (packing slips, freight bills,
etc.), which enables us to track and immediately identify your material and its
warehouse location.
INVENTORY CONTROL:
Our new automated CASAS Warehouse ON-Line feature will provide all traffic or logistics
department with quick access to our warehouse inventory information. This warehouse
tracking and tracing feature gives traffic departments "Real Time" up
to the minute information through out the day, even after working hours. There is
no more waiting for fax or email inventory warehouse reports, making shipment coordination
easier and efficient.
 
 
 
WAREHOUSE WITHDRAWALS:
Inventory withdrawals can be done directly online, saving the traffic department
and the merchandise pick up driver valuable time. This method of withdrawing merchandise
is efficient and secure. CASAS International will not release any merchandise to
any authorized individual.
URGENT SHIPMENTS:
Whenever we receive time sensitive material on behalf of our clients (via Emery,
UPS Red, or Federal Express for example), we are prepared to expedite the release
of your material ASAP. We consider ourselves part of your production line and are
committed to helping you achieve your goals. When freight of this kind is received,
you will be notified immediately, and the freight will be processed per your instructions.
